How Quickly Can I Get A Quote?

During business hours we have a dedicated team of print specialists standing by to respond to your estimate. Most requests are answered within 15 minutes. Each request is reviewed and priced individually so you can be confident that your final product will be exactly the way you envisioned it. Our prices always have no hidden costs and include free shipping.

If I Order Today, When Will It Be Shipped?

We have found that the key factor in determining the estimated production time is the usability of submitted art. If our print ready checklist is followed and our production specifications considered when the art is created, our standard turn around time is five business days for most orders (Contact your sales rep for estimated production time of your job). Rush services are available and more info can be obtained by contacting your print specialist. Please keep in mind any changes to your artwork after your files are submitted may delay your order and incur additional charges. To avoid delays, be sure all art is correct before you submit it.

I Have an Item or Size Not Listed

With our state of the art facility, we can print most printed items regardless of size, or shape. Feel free to contact us to have a print specialist review your request.

Will I Receive Exactly The Quantity I Order?

Print industry standards call for over and under runs to not exceed 10% of the total ordered quantity. This means that in the industry standards terms an order of 10,000 can ship with a quantity of 9,000. However, like many another aspects of our company we do not abide by the standards of the industry. Most orders we ship include more than the ordered quantity at no additional charge.

Do you offer a "Quality Guarantee"?

We take a tremendous amount of pride in the quality and service of work and our customers agree. Out of all reviews submitted about us on the entire world wide web, we have been able to uphold a 5 out of 5-star average. 99.8% of all customers agreed that we exceeded their expectations in a recent anonymous survey. In 2017 our client’s recommendations created more new orders than all of our marketing campaigns combined.

We stand behind our work and if your job does not meet our high standards due to defects in workmanship, we will reprint your job free of charge. However, we do require the return of the original items for inspection. This guarantee does not cover customer errors such as low-resolution artwork, mistakes in artwork, typos, or incorrect color format. With a state of the art facility, we strive to do our best in accurately representing your job based on the supplied artwork. This means that we can not guarantee color matching unless a physical sample has been supplied or a hard copy proof has been ordered and approved.

I haven't received my _____ email?

We always respond to emails promptly, so not hearing back from us is a sure sign something must be wrong. There are many possible reasons why an email may not be received but here are the most common solutions.

1. We may have an incorrect or old email address. Please contact us immediately by phone, email, or chat to confirm we have the correct email.

2. Your mailbox may be full. Check with your email provider (i.e., Gmail, Yahoo, Icloud) to see space allocation limits to see if this is the case.

3. Our emails may be automatically sorted by spam filters. While spam filters also mitigate the unwanted email false positives are extremely common. Check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder to see if our emails have been moved.

4. If your email program or site has Spam flagging system, it is possible that you may have accidentally marked @mmprint.com as spam. Checking your block senders list or whitelist @mmprint.com should resolve the issue.

We send multiple types of emails from order updates to proof approval links and it essential that you receive these emails promptly to ensure a smooth ordering process. We never send you any emails that are not related to orders or information you requested. If you believe you are not receiving emails from us contact us immediately and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Does production time include shipping time?

No. Our production time is measured from the time of proof approval (Hard copy or Online Proof) to the date it is ready to ship or be picked up. Shipping time is always additional can be estimated here.

What Is Your Largest Sheet Size?

While we can print almost any size one thing to keep in mind is that any size of 13 x 19 must go on a large format press which is not cost effective for small runs. Also, some items like synthetic menus are not offered any larger than a sheet size of 13 x 19 (12.5 x 18.5 with bleeds).

How Do I Properly Export as a PDF?

When exporting from any program such as Indesign or Illustrator, use these settings to make sure your .PDF files export correctly.

We also have a PDF Presets (.joboptions file) to make it easy to create a mmprint Print Ready PDF. Download the file, then double click and click save as. This will install a Preset into all Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc..) so you can choose it while saving your PDF. Click here to download.

NOTE: Due to Adobe limitations, this preset will not convert all colors into CMYK. You must convert all colors to CMYK before saving your file.

How Do I Make Sure My Blues Don't Look Purple?

When using blue in your design, always make sure to leave at least a 30% difference in your Cyan and Magenta values.

AFTER PRINTING

Blue is close to purple in the CMYK spectrum. Remember, use a low amount of magenta whenever using high amounts of cyan to avoid purple.

Can I Email You A Sample or My Art Files?

You may submit files up to 3Mb in size via email directly to your print specialist for review. For larger files free to use our upload utility or wetransfer.com. You may also ship us a flash drive, or CD containing your artwork if you prefer. If you would like us to match colors from a previously printed piece please also ship us a physical sample so we can ensure color accuracy.
