Very, very impressed!!! I needed only 10 "booklets" (little soft cover books) for my mother's 94th birthday. I had a 20-page pdf file and a few pictures. Mike was amazing and worked with me to get the format, margins, pictures and color right.
He sent proofs, I made a few changes and he quickly sent another proof. I approved, it was printed and I received the booklets in record time! The quality was outstanding, the personal service was terrific and the price much better than I thought it would be. I highly recommend!

The turnaround time is fast and they are always very helpful with questions, as well as any graphics support that may be needed. I had a really great experience working with Barry. He was quick to answer my yelp messages and was always available for a call if I had additional questions. I was printing a full wedding invitation set and the job was printed beautifully within the week. The process was very efficient and he allowed me to provide my own stock making it exactly what I wanted. The prices were extremely fair and they even offer a yelp discount! When the bride went to pick up the prints she told me how nice and accommodating they were which makes me even more sure that future print jobs I'll be bringing to them!

I'm not a big business, and the job I wanted done isn't going to make the M&M group enough money to send anyone's kid to college. Worse, I don't know much about printing and lacked the technical vocabulary required to explain what I wanted. Despite all of this, Mr. Caputo answered my initial inquiry within, I'm going to say hours, but it might have been minutes. He presented me with a clear estimate, outlining all the things his company would do in a way that made it clear he understood what I wanted. This was a refreshing change from the frustrating conversations, I ended up having with less experienced printers. when I tried in vain to beat the estimate he gave me. For past projects, I have relied on print shops that force you to lay out your project in crippled, online graphics software in a limited number of formats. But the M&M group seem to be an authentic, real printer. Presented with blank templates, I had unlimited creative control. What's more, if I had questions, Mr. Caputo pointed out that there was plenty of human staff available to walk me through any difficulties I encountered. Lots of people say stuff like that, but when I emailed with a concern late on a Friday evening during the holiday season, Mr. Caputo soon responded, even though his automatic email message, just minutes
earlier had informed me he was out of the office for the weekend. Mr. Caputo seems genuinely excited about sharing his skill and his experience and the expertise of his supporting staff, and the resulting project, when complete, exceeded my expectations. I had a great time, and look forward to doing more business with what I would like to consider my home printer.

I worked with Marsid for printing 250 wedding programs.
First, I was impressed with their email response time and thoroughness. I wrote in with a question about how much one way of printing would cost versus another and was answered with easy-to-understand description of fees and options. The next week I had another choice point that I wanted prices for -- and again, quickly and clearly, got an answer by email. (I particularly appreciated the email responsiveness because I am a teacher and can't always call during business hours.) By phone, Marsid was also so easy to reach -- immediately you get to talk to a real person who is friendly and cares about your job.

First off I am not a graphic designer. I decided to make a comic book for my churches annual Christmas concert. I found these guys on Google and contacted them. They responded with the information I needed to get the project off the ground. The part that really sticks out in my mind is that I was only ordering 25 comic books, which was not a ton of money, yet they treated me like I was there biggest client. I will be ordering from them again.
