Sid Halpern is the founder of The Marsid M&M Group Ltd., organized in 1972. He started out by producing fliers on a hand cranked mimeograph machine for his fathers’ meat packing business.

Sid opened his original printing shop in Carle Place, NY. Throughout the years its grown into the state of the art 10,000 square foot facility in operation today. His unique personality has earned Sid many loyal clients & friends during his 34 years in printing.

Carin Walter - Production Manager

Carin is responsible for managing all aspects of production and print work flow. She brings a level of expertise to our team relied upon on a daily basis.

Carin manages over 22 employees & ensures timely delivery and consistent quality of all orders from conception to completion. She is a key member of our team and keeps our facility running smoothly every day.

Chris is an expert in custom printing and promotional products. He has over 30 years experience. His extremely dedicated approach to sales and service is unique and appreciated by every client he works with.

Chris previously ran his own printing company in Manhattan and joined our team 15 years ago. He has added a level of service that only comes with experience. His people skills are extremely valuable and always goes the extra mile for his clients.

He has extensive experience in the handling of printed materials and treats each and every job as though it was made out of gold. He is very caring and thorough in every aspect of his work and carefully inspects all finished jobs before they leave our facility.

Barry was the first employee of The Marsid M&M Group, originally founded in 1972. Today as Co-Owner, he is responsible for bringing us into the new millennium.

His continuous research ensures that our company utilizes the latest and greatest technology available thus keeping The Marsid M&M Group among the nations industry leaders. Barry keeps morale high by often organizing company outings such as boating & snowmobiling trips.

Where does it all begin? ARTWORK! Stefanie Pardo is our go to girl when a new concept or idea is needed for a client. She has specific expertise in file translation & manipulation and plays an integral role in preparing artwork for press.

Her many years of graphic design experience give her the unique ability to quickly & accurately process the many jobs received.

Jaime is a highly experienced 4-color press operator and is directly responsible for maintaining quality control and color consistency for all orders produced. Jaime prides himself catching mistakes before they are printed.

Known for his insatiable appetite for exotic cuisine, Jaime is always the culprit when the aromas in the lunchroom overtake the pressroom. He contributes to a very positive work atmosphere and always wears a smile!

Zbigniew "Zibby" Kudlac

At Marsid M&M we call him “Zibby”, although many of our clients refer to him as “The Giant” “The Tall Guy” or “Ziggy” Call him whatever you like, but he will deliver your printing quickly and with a smile! “Anyone need a lemon?”

You can’t print a job without paper! Carlito is responsible for preparing all paper for printing, and trimming it to final size after the printing process is complete. At Marsid – M&M, quality control of the printed product is of the utmost importance. Carlos Mateo makes sure that each and every trimmed sheet is exactly the same. He handles large quantities of paper on a daily basis and is an extremely hard worker.

Armando completes most of the longer run length jobs. His skills on the offset press are superior and he prides himself on achieving maximum ink coverage with perfection. He is also directly responsible for the "Spirit of the Production Team". Armando is the go-to man when it comes to questions concerning team players and their interaction. In addition to his superior quality printing skills, he also is a natural for keeping our offset presses perfectly tuned and in register.

Luis has many years of experience in the printing industry which has been a valuable resource helping to bring The Marsid M&M Group to where we are today. It is becomes apparent when speaking with Luis, he has been printing since he was a young man. His knowledge of the offset press and its computerized controls is apparent in all of his work. Many of the people at The Marsid – M&M Group would say that Luis Polanco has “Ink in his Blood”.

Miguel manages all PMS color matching & people will often say, “I wish I could see that color through Miguels’ eyes! When a certification of authenticity is needed, Miguel is a part of each and every conversation.

If your job requires a fold Victor is your man. In addition to folding he also assists with other bindery operations and makes sure all jobs are finished to specification. Victor prides himself on quality assurance and consistency.

He has been with The Marsid M&M Group for more than 3 years and has a strong liking for oriental foods. When lunchtime comes, it is always Victor eating spare ribs & fried rice.
