I worked with Marsid for printing 250 wedding programs.
First, I was impressed with their email response time and thoroughness. I wrote in with a question about how much one way of printing would cost versus another and was answered with easy-to-understand description of fees and options. The next week I had another choice point that I wanted prices for -- and again, quickly and clearly, got an answer by email. (I particularly appreciated the email responsiveness because I am a teacher and can't always call during business hours.) By phone, Marsid was also so easy to reach -- immediately you get to talk to a real person who is friendly and cares about your job.

Very, very impressed!!! I needed only 10 "booklets" (little soft cover books) for my mother's 94th birthday. I had a 20-page pdf file and a few pictures. Mike was amazing and worked with me to get the format, margins, pictures and color right.

Recently went out for quotes for a rather big job we had. M&M not only gave a professional quote by email but then followed up with us to see where we were in the process and if there was anything that they could compete for. Your website, and especially your art department that allowed me to proof and correct more than once! The experience was one of the easiest things I have done for the organization that I am involved in for conference favors.

The only complaint, if you call it that, is that the holes for the tassels were a tad too small and made it difficult for the tassels. But it all went perfect!

We submitted an order for restaurant menus. These guys were fantastic. They resized our 14inch PDF into the 8 x11 that we wanted. The quality of the work was outstanding from the paper stock to the printing. Delivery was FAST!! Price was very competitive. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
